Pyramid Lake Non-Point Source Assessment & Management Plan – 1994

The Clean Water Act (as amended in 1987) extended the opportunity for Indian Tribes to take a greater administrative role in environmental protection within their borders. With this report, the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe is seeking to expand the scope of its environmental responsibilities to the area of nonpoint source (NPS) pollution.
