The purpose of this memorandum (memo) is to help inform the selection of conservation goals and policies for inclusion in the Natural Resources Plan, which will be part of the 2024 Truckee Meadows Regional Plan Update. The memo reviews conservation policies and best practices adopted and implemented by other jurisdictions across the west with relevance to resource topics of key interest in the Truckee Meadows Service Area (TMSA).
