A water quality survey of the Truckee River was conducted from July through October of 1972 for the purpose of collecting current biological, physical, and chemical data on the river between Lake Tahoe and Pyramid Lake. Additional work included collecting and evaluating historical biological, physical, and chemical data which had been collected by other agencies in past Truckee River sampling programs.
