The purpose of the Lower Truckee Restoration Program is to provide flood control benefits though peak flow reduction, improve ecological health, and increase nutrient attenuation capacity of the river/riparian system. The baseline assessment and monitoring program that is described in this report was designed to specifically address these goals.
